Solution:

Pepsi launched a national mobile tour in an effort to promote the Pepsi brand through a fully interactive mobile unit based on the highly successful Rock Band video game.  Pepsi looked to Total Event Solutions to provide localized staffing support at each tour stop along the tour. Total Event Solutions provided enthusiastic, engaging and knowledgeable staff in each market to assist the Tour Manager in executing entertaining and flawless events. Total Event Solutions helped Pepsi reduce its costs by utilizing local staff in each market, thus reducing the need for unnecessary travel costs and hotel charges.

Results:

Pepsi was able to execute a 3-month tour with fully staffed events in 10 markets while only employing 2 full time staff to manage the tour. Total Event Solutions provided localized staff in all markets of the tour where staff was needed.  This allowed Pepsi to activate a highly interactive and entertaining mobile event successfully while helping to keep the brands’ overall staffing costs at a minimum.
